Each day in this segment I try to address some of the important and bigger issues in our life today and examine them closely for better understanding.
For instances like the trouble a bloke can easily get himself into trying to give his wife a compliment.
There are some times when the message that the man is communicating is significantly different to the message his wife is receiving.
For instance, yesterday on many of last night’s television news programs they showed a news segment on the Victoria Secret Lingerie event with two Australian models, including Miranda Kerr.
After watching the news last night if a husband happened to make the mistake of mentioning the words Victoria’s Secret, to your wife and go on to compliment her,
the danger is that her brain some how stopped at the words Victoria’s Secret.
Questions arise. Like.
Why where you were watching that segment and why you brought it up at all.
Do you really think that through her lazer like stare that burns through brick walls and through your brain that she is actually listening to anything else you have to say after those two words?
Do you really think after that she is understanding the compliment you are trying to communicate that she is your secret?
