Come on lets support police not radical protests

Last week there was an interesting story of a woman who made a false allegation against a police officer. Now I rarely comment on matters before the courts, and a lot of people would already know the story so I don't want to go into it specifics, so lets just talk generally.

When will we see a group of Australians, and it doesn't matter their skin colour, doesn't matter what their religion is, standing side by side with police, wearing blue arm bands and waving Aussie flags or blue flags and sending a message that this Australian our community is one where we support our police. In Australia we don't support those who bring false allegations and try to lie their way out of paying the penalty for what they have done wrong. We do take seriously the importance of the population of Australia both getting along and obeying they laws.

There has been quite a lot of talk, particularly among anti-Muslim groups about organising some confronting protests - dressing up in black hand confronting Muslim around the courts during these types of cases – Turn It Up!
