Public Toilets

Public toilets

Spare a thought for those forgotten people who find themselves out in public with the urgent need for a public facility.

Most of us are chronically dehydrated, put simply we just don't drink enough fresh, clean and pure water and as a result we can hold on.

But whether you are on the public transport system in Sydney, or out and about in the suburbs or in the country, and need to go the last thing you want to find is that city rail, or the local council have locked the toilets and there are no staff around.

How about not just having more staff, but also:

National policies that prevent anti-social behaviour and promote law enforcement, and education, to prevent drug use rather than handing out needles to drug users and then locking public toilets.

Sure there is the federal government public toilets website, log onto it some time and you could expect to hear the sound of public money being wasted.

What is the point of having a website that lists every public toilet but when you need one they are locked?

You might as well set up electric fences around the toilet block and have people …. er hum … well I'm sure you get the idea....Turn It Up …. I'm Michael Robinson
